Here is my first attempt photographing the moon using a Celestron EdgeHD 9.25, a flat-field aplanatic SCT. Image was from a 67 images off my Nikon Z7, stacked using Registax. I had to reduce the image size from the FX size of 8256x5504 pixels to DX size of 5408x3600 because of the maximum image size Registax can handle. I am also trying to learn Registax's wavelet function to sharpen the image. Anyone who knows the wavelet function, I'd welcome tips on how to use it.

I had a go a few weeks ago at doing a simple set a shots through the Club's ED80 off my Canon DSLR. Stacked them in AS2!. Took me all of an hour and I then did next day around 8am so got a good blue sky too. Fun! I did the sharpening in AS2! which has some basic functions for mixing back in some RAW data is sharpened up the image. Don't ask me how it did that as I didn't think I was taking RAW but there you go.
